REFUND POLICY

At Vote Apparel, every product is made to order through our print-on-demand partner. Because items are custom-produced, we do not hold inventory, and our return process is different from traditional retail. Please read carefully before placing your order.
1. No Returns or Exchanges for Buyer’s Remorse
Since each product is made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind. Please review size charts and product details carefully before purchasing.
2. Damaged, Misprinted, or Defective Items
We want you to love your order. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error:

Contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@voteapparel.com.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item showing the issue.

Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you or issue a refund.
3. Wrong Address or Undeliverable Packages

If you enter an incorrect address and the package is returned, you will be responsible for reshipping costs to the correct address.

If a package is lost due to an incorrect address provided by you, we cannot offer a refund.
4. Unclaimed Shipments
If your order is returned to the facility as unclaimed, you will be responsible for reshipping costs.
5. Refunds

Refunds (when approved) are processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or card provider.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer traditional product exchanges. If you received a defective product, we will replace it with the same item (same size, color, and style) at no additional cost.
7. International Orders
For international orders, customs fees or import duties are non-refundable, even if the order is returned or refunded.
8. How to Start a Return/Replacement Request
