SHIPPING POLICY

At Vote Apparel, all products are fulfilled and shipped through our trusted print-on-demand.

Below you’ll find important details about order processing, shipping times, costs, and tracking.


1. Order Processing

  • Orders are sent for production once payment is confirmed.

  • Typical fulfillment time: 2–5 business days (this may vary depending on product type and demand).

  • You will receive an email notification when your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Times


Our trusted print-on-demand works with multiple carriers to deliver worldwide. Estimated shipping times are as follows (after fulfillment):

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • Canada: 5–10 business days

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–14 business days

  • Rest of World: 10–20 business days 

Note: These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can occur due to customs, carrier issues, or peak seasons.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order, location, and carrier.

  • In some cases, free shipping promotions may apply (see product page or checkout for details).

4. Multiple Shipments


Since products are printed and shipped from different facilities, your order may arrive in separate packages. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes once they reach your country.

  • These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our shipping fees.

6. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

7. Shipping Restrictions

  • We cannot ship to certain countries due to carrier limitations or legal restrictions. At checkout, you’ll be notified if shipping is unavailable to your address.

8. Lost or Delayed Packages

  • If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us at support@voteapparel.com.

  • If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven’t received it, we recommend first checking with neighbors or your local post office. We will assist you in resolving the issue.

9. Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they enter fulfillment. Please review your details carefully before placing your order.
